DERRY Class Descriptions :
- Body Pump: Muscle training using the iron grip system and free weights, lifting to the tempo of the mucic. Concentrates on all the major muscle groups. Great for beginners thru advance.
- Cycle: Cardiovascular indoor bike training class on a Schwinn Cycle Bike. Bring a water bottle. Please arrive early if you are new to the class. All levels are welcome to attend!
- Gentle Yoga: A gentle yoga class in which we learn the fundamentals of yoga. This includes the details of alignment and coordination of breath in and out of poses. This class is great for beginners or those who want a more gentle practice.
- Hi/Lo Aerobics: Aerobic floor routines with or without the hop.
- Low & Tone : Low impact aerobics & toning. Great for beginners!
- Pilates : Muscle Sculpting workout that concentrates on strengthening and toning the abdominal area while working all major muscle groups of the body.
- Step & Pump: Cardio Stepping within your targeted heart rate followed by muscle sculpting.
- Step Interval: Cardio stepping that incorporates muscle conditioning utilizing the principles of work and recovery intervals.
- Super Step: Advanced step choreography class.
- Triple T (Tighten/Trim/Tone): Total Body Workout.
- YogaFlex: This Yoga based class is designed to increase both strength & flexibility by combining resistance training and extensive flexibility work.
- Zumba: An exciting and unique dance class using latin moves and rhythms. Great for all levels of fitness!
- Abdominal Training is completed at the end of most classes
CLASS POLICIES:
1. Please arrive on time for class and stay for entire class.
2. Please don’t enter studio until the previous class has finished.
3. NO STREET SHOES on aerobic floor.
4. The use of water bottles is encouraged for every class.
WCWC reserves the right to cancel classes if attendance remains low.
