Manchester Class Descriptions :
- Basic Step: Never tried step before? Interested in learning the basic moves? This class is the class to take if you are interested in learning the basic moves for any step/aerobic class.
- Box & Pump: 30min of kickboxing techniques with 30min of muscle conditioning.
- Cycle: Cardiovascular indoor bike training class on a Schwinn Cycle Bike. Bring a water bottle. Please arrive early if you are new to the class. All levels are welcome to attend! You will need to purchase a Cycle Ticket at the front desk up to 1 hour before class. One ticket purchase per person.
- Kickbox : Kickboxing techniques that increase cardiovascular training. Fun class to get the heart pumping.
- Low & Tone : Low impact aerobics & toning. Great for beginners!
- Pilates: A muscle sculpting workout that concentrates on strengthening and toning the abdominals, back and hip areas.
- Power Pump : Total Body Muscle Workout.
- Step & Pump: Cardio Stepping within your targeted heart rate followed by muscle sculpting.
- Super Step: Advanced step choreography class.
- Super Step & Pump: Advanced step choreographed class finishing with muscle toning.
- YogaFlex: This Yoga based class is designed to increase both strength & flexibility by combining resistance training and extensive flexibility work.
- Yogalates: A mix of Yoga and Pilates moves. great for all levels!
- Abdominal Training is completed at the end of most classes
CLASS POLICIES:
1. Please arrive on time for class and stay for entire class.
2. Please don’t enter studio until the previous class has finished.
3. NO STREET SHOES on aerobic floor.
4. The use of water bottles is encouraged for every class.
WCWC reserves the right to cancel classes if attendance remains low.
