Any member who becomes unemployed and is entitled to unemployment compensation is eligible for the Assurance Program. 

To qualify, member shall submit documentation from Unemployment Office or current unemployment pay stub. Please submit in person to your club General Manager, or through registered mail Attn: Billing Department 35 Manchester Rd. Derry, NH 03038. 

Once approved, member may choose one of the following options:
1) Freeze membership for three (3) months at NO CHARGE, or
2) Reduce monthly dues amount up to 50% of current rate.

Unemployment must be verified every three (3) months and is the sole responsibility of the member. Failure to do so will result in full-priced billing on the next billing cycle.  30 Days is required from receipt of documentation to process the application and scheduled reduction.

Participation in the Workout Club’s Assurance Program is conditional on member authorizing an extension of their membership agreement by 12 months at the end of their unemployment period. Once employment is obtained the monthly dues will be billed at the original rate as stipulated on the original membership agreement with no additional Enrollment Fee due.
