Salem Class Descriptions :

  • Body Pump: Muscle Trainng using the Iron Grip system and free weights, lifting to the tempo of the music. Concentrates on all major muscle groups. Great for beginners and advanced participants.
  • Box Camp: A power packed class utilizing kickboxing techniques, strength training, plyometrics, drills, jump ropes, etc.
  • Butts, Gutts & more: 30min of abdominal, gluteal work and other major muscle groups.
  • Cardio Craze: Anything goes! Step, Hi/Lo Aerobics, Interval, Boxing and/or Sculpt.
  • Cardio Salsa: An easy to follow dance routine moves cardio class. Great for all levels!
  • Cycle: Cardiovascular indoor bike training class on a Schwinn Cycle Bike. Bring a water bottle. Please arrive early if you are new to the class. All levels are welcome to attend!
  • Cycle Express: 45 min of Cardiovascular indoor bike training class on a Schwinn Cycle Bike. Bring a water bottle. Please arrive early if you are new to the class. All levels are welcome to attend!
  • Gentle Yoga: A gentle yoga class in which we learn the fundamentals of yoga. This includes the details of alignment and coordination of breath in and out of poses. This class is great for beginners or those who want a more gentle practice.
  • Hi/Lo Aerobics: Aerobic floor routines with or without the hop.
  • **Intro to PILATES: This class is designed to teach correct form and alignment that will insure a safe and effective workout in the PILATES Core Conditioning Class. There is a non-refundable $10.00 fee for this Intro Class and it is required for attendance in our regular PILATES Class. The fee is in place so that the regular class can achieve optimum progression and results. *SIGN UP AT FRONT DESK.
  • Classes are in: - Londonderry 2 nd Saturday of month 10:30AM - Derry 1 st Saturday of month 10:45AM
  • Low & Tone : Low impact aerobics & toning. Great for beginners!
  • Step Express : 45min. of straight step.
  • Step & Pump: Cardio Stepping within your targeted heart rate followed by muscle sculpting.
  • Super Step: Advanced step choreography class.
  • Triple T (Tighten/Trim/Tone): Total Body Workout.
  • YogaFlex: This Yoga based class is designed to increase both strength & flexibility by combining resistance training and extensive flexibility work.
  • Abdominal Training is completed at the end of most classes

 

CLASS POLICIES:

1. Please arrive on time for class and stay for entire class.

2. Please don’t enter studio until the previous class has finished.

3. NO STREET SHOES on aerobic floor.

4. The use of water bottles is encouraged for every class.

WCWC reserves the right to cancel classes if attendance remains low.
