Working out with a partner or in a group is one of the best ways to meet your fitness goals and continue your new lifestyle habit year after year. It’s hard to motivate yourself on your own, especially for something like exercise.
For example, maybe it means you have to wake up before the crack of dawn or hit the gym right after a long day at work. Do that alone and you might find excuse after excuse to bail on yourself. Do it with a friend or family member, though, and you’ll realize how silly your excuses sound and find yourself at the gym more often than not.
The difference is clear: working out with a friend or family member is the key to lasting fitness success, and our Group Exercise classes can help! There’s no reason to go it alone. Ask someone close to you about becoming your workout partner and you’ll find accountability and motivation to help you reach your fitness goals.
Athletic Step: A step class that is based on athletic moves with intervals of short intensity bursts. Get up, Get on your step and get your cardio workout. This class wraps up with a short core strengthening segment.
Les Mills Body Combat: This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, kung fu and Muay Thai.
Les Mills Body Step: Les Mills energizing step workout with simple, repetitive moves and motivated by great music and licensed instructors. Cardio blocks & muscle blocks.
Spinning: Our signature high-energy, non-impact cardiovascular cycling class that takes place on our Keiser stationary bikes. Group exercise program working at your own fitness level. Safe for all levels.
Caribbean Rhythm: A fun energizing cardio dance style class that will work your entire body.
Xtreme TBC (Total Body Conditioning): A signature club class that is power packed with intervals of cardio, muscle and sports drills.
Insanity: A hyper-intense, high energy workout that combines the fundamentals of interval training with a focus on building strength, endurance and balance. You’ll work out intensely for 3-4 minutes, and then cool down for 30 seconds before beginning the next high-intensity segment. Stay at any level during the class.
Silver Sneakers Cardio Fit: Get up and go with an aerobics class that’s safe, heart-healthy and gentle on the joints. The workout includes easy-to-follow low-impact movement and upper-body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxation exercises designed to energize your active lifestyle.
Step: An energizing 55minute class with free-style step moves.
Zumba: An exciting and unique dance fitness class with latin rhythms and easy to learn dance moves. Dance your way into fitness.
Les Mills Body Pump: Muscle training class using the iron grip system and free weights, lifting to the tempo of the music. Concentrating on all the major muscle groups with pre-choreographed proven moves.
Silver Sneakers Classic: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
TBT (Total Body Toning): A Workout Club signature free-style class which is muscle based class targeting all the major muscle groups and much more.
Booty Barre: Hottest barre workout around! Booty Barre is a fluid blend of Pilates, Dance & Yoga the perfect balance of strength, flexibility & cardio.
Barre Above: Based on functional movements in all three planes of motion to create strength, flexibility, and balance in the body.
Club Barre: This is The Workout Club Signature free-style Barre class fusing techniques of Dance, Pilates and Yoga to define and chisel your entire body.
Gentle Yoga: A slower paced Hatha Yoga style practice. Deep and smooth breathing is also emphasized.
Gentle Yoga, Core +: This class is designed to increase both strength and flexibility by combining resistance training and extensive flexibility.
Hatha Yoga: A form of yoga concerned chiefly with the regulation of breathing by exercises consisting of various postures designed to maintain healthy functioning of the body and to induce mental calm.
Pilates: A muscle-sculpting workout that concentrates on centering around your power house. Strengthening and toning the abdominal and hip areas.
Power Vinyasa: An invigorating yoga class that will have you moving and breathing through your postures. You will learn the basics of vinyasa yoga as well as take on new challenges such as arm balances, twists, hip openers and more. You will also build core strength, tone muscles and improve overall balance.
Vinyasa Yoga: A multilevel yoga class. This class will incorporate breath synchronized movement, along with other ancient techniques, such as bandhas, breath, and dristi or focal points. A creative sequence of classical yoga postures linked by the breath, the practice builds internal heat leading to purification of the koshas or layers of the body.
