- Cycle: Cardiovascular indoor bike training class on a Schwinn Cycle Bike. Bring a water bottle. Please arrive early if you are new to the class. All levels are welcome to attend! You may call up to 1-hour before the start of class to reserve a bike.
- Interval Training: Weight class with bursts of cardio to work your body an-aerobically and aerobically.
- Kickbox : Kickboxing techniques that increase cardiovascular training. Fun class to get the heart pumping.
- Pilates: A muscle sculpting workout that concentrates on strengthening and toning the abdominals, back and hip areas.
- Power Pump : Total Body Muscle Workout.
- Step & Abs: Cario stepping within your targeted heart rate followed by abdominal training.
- Step Expresss: 45 minutes of heart pumping step moves.
- Yogalates: A mix of Yoga and Pilates moves. great for all levels!
- Abdominal Training is completed at the end of most classes
CLASS POLICIES: 1. Please arrive on time for class and stay for entire class. 2. Please don’t enter studio until the previous class has finished. 3. NO STREET SHOES on aerobic floor. 4. The use of water bottles is encouraged for every class. WCWC reserves the right to cancel classes if attendance remains low
