I joined in Londonderry at a time when I thought my physical fitness days were behind me – in my sixties. I was told that physical activity could help my arthritis and I was willing to try it and see if it helped. And am I ever glad I did!

I joined the senior program here and through the different fitness classes I’ve taken and overall support I’ve received, I feel better now than I did in my twenties! I can even keep up with my grandkids, which is something I never thought I’d say. Plus, I’ve met new friends and kept myself occupied during my retirement, so I’m not a burden on my family. It feels great, and I owe it all to The Workout Club.
