What To Expect When We Reopen: Modified Access and Amenities

Now more than ever, our staff is dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals in the safest way possible. See what The Workout Club is doing to ensure your safety and peace of mind.

Group Fitness

Group Fitness classes will resume June 1st

  • Classes will resume with a reduced schedule
  • Social distancing will be enforced during classes
  • Classes will be on a first come, first serve basis
  • Instructors will help participants sanitize equipment after class
  • Members are required to bring their own mats and sweat towels
Kid's Club
Kids Club will not be open during the first phase of reopening.
Pool

Water classes will resume June 1st.

Due to social distancing, the pool will be limited to 14 members at a time.

Sauna

Due to social distancing, the sauce will have a capacity of 3 members at a time

  • Members are required to bring a towel to sit on while using the sauna
  • 15-minute limit to be enforced

TEAM TRAINING

In our Team Training program we focus on three different types of workouts; Core, Burn, and Build. These sessions are led by Certified Personal Trainers with elite programs designed by our Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists aimed at improving your endurance, strength, body composition and functional performance! Utilizing the latest periodization training principals between programs, basic and complex exercises, weekly progressions, goal specific rep ranges and rest periods, all in combination with quality coaches, we will give you the individual attention you need and produce the results you’ve been looking for.

It all starts with the core! This workout is not only designed as our core functional training program but it is also sequenced to tone and tighten your body through working on all those problem areas. We introduce basic corrective exercises in this class with progressions to push you further; perfect for the beginner and advanced client alike. Build a rock solid core with exercises dedicated to help you build better strength, posture, and mobility all while reducing your waistline!

This is a high intensity training session designed to burn calories and fat while increasing your endurance. We use higher repetition ranges and faster paces to activate your muscles while using timed intervals which allow you to go at your own pace if needed. Using innovative tools such as TRX, Kettlebells, Plyo Boxes, Bosu Balls, sleds and much more we will provide you with a quality workout that will leave you burning calories for hours after you have left the gym.

This is a CrossFit inspired workout designed to help you build lean muscle to permanently boost your metabolism. We use barbells as tools to allow you to lift a little more as you don’t have to expend much energy stabilizing the weight. Build lean muscle and core strength in this total body workout that is designed to finally get you that toned solid appearance you’ve been looking for.

Separate from our results based programming these classes provide a great workout using the industry’s most innovative tools with programs such as TRX, Kettlebell, Synergy, Barre, BoxFit and much much more!
